Dobrá škola is a magazine dedicated to education, teachers, and people who are passionate about moving the Slovak education system forward.

I worked on the magazine for two years. My role went beyond the layout and production of each issue — I was also responsible for redesigning the magazine and evolving its visual language into a more modern and contemporary form.

I developed a new design system built around typography, content hierarchy, photography, and other visual elements. The goal was to preserve the credibility and depth of its educational content while making the magazine feel lighter, clearer, and more aligned with contemporary editorial design.

For each issue, I worked directly with the editorial content — from the cover and long-form features to interviews and shorter recurring sections. The result was a visually consistent and flexible system that could accommodate a wide range of content while still allowing each issue to maintain its own distinct character.
